Appointments and Walk-Ins Welcome!
Main Street Medical is a Primary Care and Urgent Care Practice located on Hilton Head Island. We are currently accepting new patients to our primary care practice. You can set an appointment with one of our providers or you can walk in as an urgent care visit. Main Street Medical is a local provider of physician's services, available to the public for the surprises of everyday life. Our services include adult care, pediatric sick care, x-rays, laboratory services, medication assistance, drug screens, flu shots, annual Medical wellness exams, and routine physicals.
