Personalized, Medically Supervised Weight Management MainStreet Medical offers GLP-1 medication management for patients seeking amedically supervised approach to weight management. Our providers will evaluate your health history, goals, and individual needs to determine whether GLP-1 therapy is appropriate for you.

How It Works

1. Initial Consultation: Meet with one of our providers for a comprehensive evaluation and to determine whether GLP-1 therapy is right for you.

2. Monthly Monitoring: After starting treatment, an office visit is required every month. These visits allow your provider to monitor your progress, assess your response to treatment, and make medication or dose adjustments as needed.

3. Maintenance & Ongoing Care: Monthly visits will continue until an appropriate maintenance dose has been reached. Once you have reached your maintenance dose, an office visit will be required every 3 months for patients with Diabetes and every 6 months for weight loss medication management and monitoring. Laboratory Testing Blood work may be required at the discretion of your provider based on your individual health history, medications, and medical needs.
